LENS
Lens is a unique form of neurofeedback that helps the brain function more effectively and flexibly. It’s like a reset switch to help the brain move past old stuck patterns and become more effective. Sessions last from 10-20 minutes, but the actual time spent doing LENS is only a few minutes. 85% of clients experience significant improvements.

Postural Restoration®
Postural Restoration® (PRI®) is an approach that addresses postural and movement dysfunction by focusing on the body’s natural adaptations and asymmetries. It examines how imbalances in muscle activity influence alignment, breathing and overall movement patterns. By identifying and correcting these underlying patterns, PRI® aims to restore more efficient, balanced function throughout the body. This approach is particularly effective in treating pain, especially in the neck and back, by targeting the root causes rather than symptoms.

Trauma therapies:
Clinical studies have shown that Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) and Brainspotting can be effective for trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, addiction, performance anxiety, and self-esteem concerns.
Both modalities:
Can be used in conjunction with other therapies, and the client can remain with their current therapist while seeking out additional support.
Are powerful, focused treatments that identify, process, and release the physical and emotional sources of pain.
Help identify and process unresolved trauma stored in the deeper, nonverbal areas of the brain.
Can address a wide range of emotional and physical symptoms.
Do not require detailed retelling of trauma.
Clients remain in control through the session.
Are evidence-based and trauma-informed.
Many clients see significant change in just a few sessions. When combined with other, in office modalities, we create a powerful synergy that helps you get better faster with results that last.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in as little as one session. ART® integrates eye-movement techniques with image rescripting to reduce emotional and psychological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process. Through ART®, clients are able to erase negative images associated with memories, resulting in the elimination of corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.

Brainspotting
Accelerated Resolution Therapy®
Brainspotting is based on the idea that where a person looks can influence how they feel. During a session, the therapist helps the client locate a specific eye position—or “brainspot”—that corresponds with stored emotional or physical experiences. By maintaining gentle focus on that spot in a safe and supportive environment, the brain starts to naturally self-heal and is able to process and release unresolved trauma. This is often done without needing to rely heavily on talking or detailed retelling of past events. Even after the session ends, your brain continues to reorganize thoughts and strip power away from old, negative patterns.
